As is the case with any strenuous exercise, I understand that there is a possibility of injury and that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my ability to participate in yoga in a yoga studio before my class at PupsYoga Vancouver. If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture you may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class. 

Those under 18 years of age must have this form signed by a parent or guardian.

I understand there are puppies that will be roaming around the class while I do Yoga, and there is the possibility of a puppy causing harm, such as scratches,  biting or jumping. I understand these puppies are not fully trained yet and may have accidents around the studio.

I am aware to take appropriate care when holding and playing with PupsYoga Vancouvers puppies and understand that I am liable for any damages that occur as a result of me mishandling the puppies.

I am aware that I must arrive promptly for my class and will not be allowed to join the class I booked onto or a later class if I am late and will be subject to rebooking fees.

I am aware that if I cancel my class with less than 48 hours notice I am subject to rebooking fees.

I affirm that it is my responsibility to advise every instructor at PupsYoga Vancouver of any physical conditions, which may limit my participation in the yoga studio. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. 

I am responsible for all personal belongings. PupsYoga Vancouver will not be responsible for any lost or stolen belongings.

I represent and warrant that I have no psychological, medical, or emotional condition which would prevent me from safe participation in yoga classes, workshop(s). 

PupsYoga Vancouver studios reserves the right to refuse access and to ban patrons from our the facilities if other members or staff experience any form of harassment.

I do not have any allergies towards animals, including the animals featured in this session.

I am aware that photographs/videography may be taken throughout the class and will be used for advertising purposes by PupsYoga Vancouver. 

I release and discharge PupsYoga Vancouver its owners, directors, staff, participants and its instructors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that I may have resulting from injury, death or damages arising from my participation in the yoga classes at PupsYoga Vancouver.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Tickets are non refundable. You will only be able to reschedule your class to another date if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. 

Please note that after your purchase you will be sent your booking confirmation email -- this acts as your ticket.
