At PupsYoga Vancouver, we bring together movement, mindfulness, and puppy cuddles to create meaningful moments of connection. Our puppy yoga sessions are designed to help you relax, reduce stress, and lift your spirits—while enjoying the playful company of adorable pups. It’s a heartwarming, fun way to recharge and find a little joy in your day.

Don’t worry about bringing a mat — we supply one for every class.

Our classes and events are open to participants aged 8 and older. Children's events require a separate, dedicated class.

Youth Supervision Policy

• For safety, groups of three or more participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by one guardian per child (1:1 ratio).
  
• Children’s birthday parties require a separate, dedicated class.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Our classes are 60 minutes long.

You’re welcome to take photos during class. Please respect other guests’ privacy and avoid flash, which can startle our pups.

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that lets you move freely, and avoid loose jewelry or dangling accessories that could get damaged or pose a safety risk around the puppies.

Guests are welcome to use the studio washroom as a changing space if needed.

To make the most of your puppy yoga experience, please give yourself plenty of time to arrive. We allow a short 5-minute grace period for late arrivals, but after that, we can’t guarantee entry—this helps keep the class fun and safe for everyone, especially our puppies.

If you arrive late or miss your session, it will be recorded as a no-show, and we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedules.

For a stress-free start, aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early. This gives you time to park, check in, and settle in so you’re ready to relax and enjoy your time with the puppies.

While we do not provide refunds or accept cancellations, you may reschedule your session up to 72 hours before the scheduled time.

We love hosting group bookings for birthdays and special occasions. Our classes accommodate around 25 guests, and for groups of 8–10 people, the easiest way to book is through our website.

Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, so everyone can join and feel comfortable. For your safety, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine.

Minor scratches or nips can happen during play. All participants sign a waiver acknowledging these risks when you book a class. Please inform staff immediately if an incident occurs.

To ensure a safe environment for all, we request that no other animals attend class.

People with dog allergies should check with their healthcare provider before joining, since we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Occasionally, hypoallergenic breeds may be part of the class, but their presence cannot be assured.
