Booking and Payments

Accuracy of Booking Information. 

The Participant is responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information, including contact details and any information reasonably required to administer the booking safely. The Participant must promptly notify Pups Yoga of any material error in the booking information.

Class Prices and Payment. 

The applicable Class price, taxes, fees and other charges will be disclosed during the booking process. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method and in accordance with the booking instructions. Pups Yoga reserves the right to decline or cancel an uncompleted booking where payment has not been successfully processed.

Ticket Restrictions. 

Tickets are valid only for the Class, date, time and number of Participants specified in the booking confirmation. Tickets may not be resold, transferred or exchanged except as permitted under this Agreement or approved by Pups Yoga

Cancellations, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

General No-Refund Policy.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law, all Class purchases are final and non-refundable. A Participant who elects not to attend, changes their plans, arrives too late to participate or is otherwise unable to attend for personal reasons is not entitled to a refund solely because the ticket is unused.

Transfers and Rescheduling. 

The Participant may not transfer or exchange his or her ticket to another individual unless Pups Yoga approves it in writing. The Participant may only reschedule by giving Pups Yoga notice at least 72-hours before a Class is scheduled to begin.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows.

The Participant must attend the scheduled Class within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time or reschedule a Class in accordance with section 3.2 above. Failure to do so will be considered a no-show and the Participant understands that his or her Class purchase or ticket will be forfeited without a refund or credit.

Company Cancellation or Material Changes.

Pups Yoga may cancel, postpone, relocate or modify a Class where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, instructor availability, animal welfare, safety concerns, venue issues, illness, severe weather or other circumstances affecting the delivery of the Class.

Where Pups Yoga cancels a Class without providing the purchased service, it will provide a refund, credit, rescheduling option or other remedy as required by applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.

 

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By proceeding with the booking or participating in the Class, the Participant hereby confirms that they have had an opportunity to read and understand this Agreement and agrees to comply with the provisions herein.
